Frangokástello
is a quiet and unspoilt area set beside the sea on the fringe of a
small plain of olive groves and herb scented scrub. You will
find some of the best sandy beaches in Crete here, and especially
little children love the shallow sea of the castle beach close by.
Adults don’t have to look far for their own patch of heavenly
secluded beach, there are miles of coves to choose from.
