De in Kretenzische stijl gebouwde 1 slaapkamer bungalows zijn gelegen op een zacht aflopende berghelling naar zee toe. Het dorp Stalida ligt aan een mooie baai met eindeloos zandstrand en ondiep water. Aan de appartementen is een groot zwembad met apart plonsbad. Het strand ligt 600 m van de accomodatie.
De appartementen werden herbemeubeld in de winter van 2006/2007.

The Crete Golf Course ligt slechts 13 km verderop.

The apartments
The bungalow style apartments are spacious (usually 40 Sq/m with one bedroom, a sitting room, bathroom and kitchenette having 2 cooking rings, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils. The sitting  room has satellite TV  and a direct dial telephone and hair dryer. The rooms are refurbished in a comfortable style having balconies and terraces with fantastic sea, pool and mountain views.

Garden and pool
The apartments are housed within a beautiful garden with mature trees and an abundance of flowers. The pool is the centre piece of the garden having deck chairs and umbrellas for you to relax with a book or a drink from the pool bar which also serves snacks. Breakfast and traditional homemade foods are available on request.

 BBQ, music and dancing for our guests participation is organised by the management.

The Area of Stalida
With the lively nearby resorts of Hersonissos to the west and Malia to the east (3 kms) offer an intense nightlife for those who prefer this kind of entertainment. There are tavernas galore, gourmet restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs and all sort of shops. However, you will also find a lot of shops and tavernas down the hill from the apartments in the village of Stalida only metres from the sandy beach.
There are also buses on the main road with services to Heraklion (the capital of Crete) 30 Kms, the airport 27 Kms and many other cities on the island.

There are a lot of supermarkets and tavernas at a distance of 300-400 metres from the apartments.

All sorts of water sports on the beach some 600 metres away including sailing, surfing, water skiing, water scooters and Para-gliding.
